This video covering Phase 2 core strength exercises for skiing is the second of three videos focused on a core exercise program for skiing. It builds upon the Phase 1 core strength exercises foundation covered in the Phase 1 core exercise video. There are also two other videos in the ski exercise program that illustrate more advanced core exercises.
The five Phase 2 core strength exercises demonstrated in the core exercise video are: (1) the stomach plank, (2) the push-up arm lift, (3) the side plank, (4) the chest lift back extension and (5) the torso twist with parallel stance.
