Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by whether a cancellation is 14 or more days in advance of a clinic start date or whether it is 13 or fewer days or 6 or fewer days in advance of a clinic start date. 

Cancellations Made 14 or More Days in Advance of the Clinic start date:

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a clinic start date are eligible for a refund of amount paid less a $300.00 processing fee.

Cancellations Made 13 or Fewer Days and more than 6 Days in Advance of the Clinic start date:

Cancellations made 13 or fewer days of a clinic start date are eligible for a refund of amount paid less 50% of the initial deposit. 

Cancellations Made 6 or Fewer Days in Advance of the Clinic start date:

Cancellations made 6 or fewer days from the clinic start date are eligible for a refund less 50% of the full cost of the clinic.
