Skiboard Training Reduces Anxiety And Help You Learn Faster

Skiboards are very short 95cm shaped skis that, counter-intuitive to the short length, actually help you to be a more balanced skier.

Breaking old movement patterns requires mixing things up a bit. When you click into your skis your body has learned patterns about moving on those skis. It knows what that feels like and it is challenging to change those movements. Click into ski-boards and it’s a whole new world. They are still skis sliding on snow but the short length changes up everything. If you aren’t standing centered on them you’ll get instant feedback. These very maneuverable skis instantly bring out the playfulness in everyone. Once you are back on traditional length skis during your lesson, you’ll find that we typically recommend a shorter length ski than what you may have previously skied.
