2022-23 BFB/Ski For Life Reservation Request

Let’s go skiing! Thanks for your interest in our 2022-2023season. To make a reservation, please complete all the fields on this form. Once your reservation is received and we have confirmed space available in the clinic, you will receive an e-mail invoice for the clinic deposit. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation with the balance due 3 weeks prior to the clinic start date. Please note the invoice e-mail sender will display ‘BUMPS FOR BOOMERS ® LLC’ and if you click on the e-mail sender, it will state: invoicing@messaging.squareup.com. If you don’t receive an invoice within a week after booking and have checked your spam/junk folder, please contact us directly at 970-989-2529 or e-mail nancy@bumpsforboomers.com. Space in the clinic is not confirmed until you have received an invoice and paid the 50% deposit.

(1) Review and accept our Cancellation Policy;
(2) confirm your ability to confidently ski any groomed blue run; and willingly state that you are healthy and fit to participate in four days of mogul skiing at altitude above 8,000 ft.
(3) acknowledge that you will be skiing moguls and/or un-groomed powder terrain during the clinic;
(4) agree to adhere to the Safety and Responsibility Code of Aspen/Snowmass including abiding by all COVID Operating Procedures as dictated by the State of Colorado, Pitkin County Public Health, City of Aspen and Aspen/Snowmass.
