This video covering Phase 2 lower body weightlifting exercises to produce leg strength for skiing is the second of three videos focused on leg strength exercises for skiing in our ski exercise program. There are also two other videos in the lower body weightlifting program that illustrate more workout exercises for leg strength.
The ten Phase 1 lower body weightlifting exercises demonstrated in this video are: (1) the enhanced leg press, (2) the ball and wall squats, (3) the squat jump, (4) the side step-up, (5) side-to-side jumps, (6) hop and hold, (7) single leg hamstring curl, (8) single leg end and reach, (9) wall squat and hold and (10) wall squat and weight shift.
