Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
We ask each of our mogul skiing and powder skiing program participants to answer a "blind" survey and tell us about themselves and how they felt about their participation in the BUMPS FOR BOOMERS® program. Here are the results to date.
When asked "In comparison to other ski lesson programs you have taken, how would you rate BUMPS FOR BOOMERS ® ?"
83.8% of participants rated BUMPS FOR BOOMERS as SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than other ski lessons they have taken ...100% rated the program as significantly or somewhat better.

80.7% gave us a rating of either 9 or 10 (respondents defined as "Net Promoters")
69.2% said "10"

Note: Net Promoter score is a new metric used by GE and other major corporations to gauge how well they are servicing their customers. Net Promoter scores of 10 and 9 correlate to higher than normal revenue growth.
